Talitha Kum East Asia Regional network arose from the Talitha Kum Southeast Asia conference that was held in Thailand in November 2017. An established network groups in East Asian countries under the umbrella of the Association of Major Superiors of Women Religious and Association of Major Religious Superiors (Men) in Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.

Our goal is to strengthen the network among religious both men and women in East Asian countries in collaboration with lay partners by intensifying coordination, communication and sharing of information and to make the issue of trafficking in persons a priority. The network strives to expand more and to establish Talitha Kum network in East Asian countries.
